Booking Confirmation:
• For 1 night stay: Bank transfer is accepted for all villa booking. Full payment must be made when confirmed
• For 2-7 nights stay: A minimum deposit of 60% will be required. This deposit is non-refundable. Remaining balance will be collected on check in date.
Security Deposit:
• A refundable security deposit of 10,000THB is required on arrival
Rules:
• No smoking is allowed inside the property or in shared areas of properties.
• The property must be kept clean, sanitary and free from objectionable odors.
• Villa prohibits loud noises between 10pm-6am
• All appliances, except refrigerators, must be turned off before leaving the unit.
• Guests must clean all kitchen equipments and utensils before check out
• Request of any extra cleaning is possible at a 1,000THB extra charge per time.
• Small pets are allowed inside the property, owner must bring their own pet’s belongings.
Cancellation Policy:
• Any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited.
• Postponing the period of stay is possible at a 3000THB surcharge per change.
• Postponing is only possible minimum of 14 days before check-in date.
• For postponing less than 14 days is not possible.
